• Download both the installer and the zipped file of starter Widgets.
• Launch the installer. After installation, do not start Yahoo! Widgets.
• Unzip the starter Widget zip into My Documents\My Widgets for Microsoft Windows. For Apple OS X, unzipping puts a Widgets folder on the desktop; to install the set, drag the folder to Documents.
• Start Yahoo! Widgets from Start > Programs > Yahoo! Widgets or Applications:Yahoo! Widgets.

You can access all your Widgets by selecting Open Widget from the gear menu in the dock, Windows system tray, or OS X menu bar. For more information about the Widget Dock, refer to this article.
